This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

Eligible States and Territories	New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory.
Entry Restrictions	Entrants must be permanent Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Promotional Period	Start date and time	Monday 2^nd February 2026 at 9:00am AEST
	Close date and time	Monday 23^rd February 2026 at 11:59pm AEST
	Determination date and time	Tuesday 3^rd March 2026 at 10:00am AEST
	Entries must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period. No entries will be accepted out of the Promotional Period.
Entry Method	To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: a) Simply fill out your details within the Meta Ad Form; and b) Answer the following question – entering the response into the comment section of the form, in 150 characters or less: “Tell us in 50 words or less why you’d love to upgrade your pool to a mineral system?” (the Entry Question).
Maximum Number of Entries	Entry to the Promotion is limited to one (1) entry per entrant over the entire Promotion Period. Multiple participation in the Promotion is not permitted.

Judging	All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Judging Criteria	The winners will be the entrants who, in the sole opinion of the judges, have most creatively and suitably answered the Entry Question. The highest-scoring entry/entries based on the judging criteria will be deemed the winner(s). Chance plays no part in determining the outcome.
Judging Date and Location	Entries will be judged at the Promoter’s premises: 1 Herbert Place, Smithfield, NSW 2164, Australia.

Winner Notification	Winners will be notified by email or phone to confirm details (exact method of notification being in Promoter’s sole discretion).
Winner Announcement	Winners’ names will be published on Magnapool’s Facebook and Instagram pages on Monday 2^nd March 2026.
Claiming the Prize	Winners must claim their prize by responding to the Promoter within 72 hours of notification.
Unclaimed Prize Determination	If a prize is not claimed by the claim date, the Promoter will re-judge the remaining eligible entries to determine an unclaimed prize winner based on the same judging criteria.
Unclaimed Prize Judging Date	Entries will be judged on 10:00am AEST on Friday 6^th March 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
Unclaimed Prize Winner Notification	Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by email or phone (exact method of notification being in Promoter’s sole discretion) within 24 hours of re-judging.
Unclaimed Prize Announcement	Unclaimed prize winners’ names will be published on Magnapool’s Facebook and Instagram pages on Friday 6^th March 2026.
